Spring Drinks that Melt Fat

A wonderful way to add help stimulate your metabolism, help your body detox and boost your immune system.

Detox Honey, Orange and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Orange – Peeled
½ Cup Orange Juice (or water if you want to cut down on sugar)
½ Lemon or Lime – Juiced
1 Tbs Fresh Ginger – whole
1 Radish
5 -10 Mint Leaves
1 tsp Honey
1 Tbs Ground Chia Seeds
1 Cup Spring Water
Ice (in the blender or in the cup)

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Fat Burning Hot Lemon Juice

Ingredients
½ Lemon – Juiced
Slices of Fresh Ginger
3 Dates
12 oz Hot Spring Water
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper – Boosts your metabolism (the heat effect takes energy and burns calories) and helps to drain nasal congestion. It is also high in vitamin A, the anti-infection nutrient.

Instructions
Put your lemon juice, ginger, cayenne, and dates into a mason jar and fill with almost boiling water. Poke the dates as they soften and they will slowly sweeten your drink.
