Alkaline Smoothies- Step#1: Familiarize Yourself with the Most Alkaline and pH balancing Ingredients

As you probably know, milk is acidic, this is why I suggest you use vegan “milk”. I especially recommend:

Raw almond milk (also Paleo-friendly, for those of you who follow Paleolithic Lifestyles)

Coconut Milk (also Paleo Friendly)

As for other alkaline liquids you can use to create super alkalizing smoothies, I recommend you try:

Coconut water

Rice milk, GMO free soy milk and oat milk (not compatible with Paleo lifestyles though)

Herbal infusions that are caffeine-free, or virtually caffeine-free like for example: roibosh

Super Alkalizing Fruits:

Lemons

Limes

Tomatoes

Avocadoes

Pomegranates

Grapefruits

Green Veggies and Leafy Greens:

Spinach

Kale

All kinds of grasses

Lettuce

Cucumber
