Exotic fruit salad – the smells of Spring!

It’s spring already! The smells of spring time call us to try something freshly and tasty. This is the time when you can enjoy the sun and pleasant weather. But do you know what else will complete your fully joy?  An exotic fruit salad full of vitamins and mixed tastes! Here’s one recipe for delicious exotic fruit salad, which I’m sure, you gonna like a lot.

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Fresh fruits marinated in orange juice and litchi, with a little almond.

Preparation time: 1 hour, plus 3 hours or more for marinating • For 4 people


1 fully ripe papaya

1 pomegranate

4 Rambutans

2 kiwis

3 red orange

4 litchi canned, plus juice from a can

3 drops of the extract

Bitter or plain almonds


1.Papaya, halve and a small spoon scoop out the seeds and tough meat. Take. Peel the fruit and cut the meat into thin slices. Put in a bowl.

2.Halve and remove the pulp and seeds. Take a rest. Pulp cut into cubes and put together with seeds in a bowl.

3.Rambutan hold over bowl and a knife pierce the bark, and then peel the fruit. Cut the meat into slices and place in a bowl with other fruit.

4.Peel kiwi and cut it into slices and put it in a bowl.

5.Peel two oranges. Remove all seeds and cut them into small pieces. Put in a bowl. Add litchis and slowly stir the ingredients.

6.Juice remaining orange drain into a small bowl. Add the juice of litchi and almond extract and mix well.

7.The composition of almond extracts juice and pours the fruits. Leave the salad to marinate for several hours in the refrigerator.

8.Serve cold.


Just before serving fruit salad garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.


Use mango or melon instead of papaya.
