Cook like a top chef: Jasmine rice with beef, shiitake red curry – ‘cause it never been easier

150 g. Jasmine rice

60 g. shiitake mushrooms

150 g. beef

1 red curry dip

Sesame oil or olive oil

Salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger

Optional 50 g. circles of carrot, onion and leaves of Chinese cabbage chopped into strips



In a pan pour beef which has previously been chopped into cubes with a thickness of about 1 centimeter, mixed with a little olive oil (or sesame) and add one to two teaspoons of soy sauce and optionally a little oyster sauce. First fried, then with a little water and spice boil it about 20 min.

While cooked beef in a pot for cooking rice is placed with 1 teaspoon salt and boil for 7-10 minutes. Removable in strainer under running cold water wash well.

In a large pan pour a little olive or sesame oil and let it heat up. Put all vegetables, carrots, cabbage, onions and shiitake mushrooms. Fry briefly, about 2 minutes, add beef and a little water to avoid burning. Immediately add rice and a red curry dip and all the spices, stir again and let another minute to get fried. The food is ready and can be served with a little Indian nuts or dried onions. Bon appetite!
