All look forward to the summer, because of our summer’s favorite dessert – ice cream. Many avoid this sweet treats because of the large number of calories and sugars it contains, but with this recipe for healthy ice cream you can enjoy without any additional care.
The banana is specific fruit with a special texture and rich flavor, and it is in this sweet fruit is the secret of the finest and healthiest creamy ice cream without gluten or artificial additives. Preparation of ice cream banana is very simple – all you need are two bananas.
1.Peel the bananas and shred them on wheels.
2.Place the bananas in a bowl or bag and place in freezer.
3.Allow two hours in the freezer, and is fully cured.
4.Frozen wheels put them in a blender and mix it until you get a thick, sticky mass.
5.The mixed bananas will get the structure of ice cream and ready for serving, but if you want to be stronger, return them to the freezer for another half to an hour.
If you get four different flavors of ice cream, add the following ingredients in a blender:
Peanuts – Mix 3 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 teaspoons honey.
Nutella – add 3 to 4 tablespoons Nutella.
Strawberry – add coarsely chopped frozen strawberries and 2 tablespoons cream.
Chocolate – add 3 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons of cream and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
