Chicken with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients for 4 people:

3 more potatoes, peeled

1 carrot

1 finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon flour

1 egg, opaque

Preparation:

1 small chicken

1.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2.Wash and clean chicken.

Stew with potatoes and millet

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 l vegetable stock

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 potatoes cut into cubes

1 cup millet

thyme

pepper

1 onion, finely chopped

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

500 g of frozen vegetables (carrot, broccoli …)

Preparation:

1.In a pot of soup warm up the foundation and soy sauce to a boil so. Add remaining ingredients.
