Spring drinks: Drink before bed and melt away fat while sleeping

Spring is the ideal time to start a healthier diet and exercise and drinks that will help prepare the body for lighter clothes and stripped bare that follows.

Energy lemon juice

Ingredients:

5-6 lemons

1 liter soda

Mint

Ice

Drain and pour the lemon juice with sparkling water. Add one chopped lemon if desired and leaves mint. Serve with ice.

 

Spicy Indian water

Ingredients:

4 lime

Ginger to taste

Mint leaves

1 liter soda

½ cup plain water

Brown sugar

Ice

Drain limes and mix the sugar with plain water on the fire until you get syrup. Add the ginger. When you start to boil, remove the pan from the fire. Add the juice of a lime, and then ice and soda. Serve with pieces of mint.

 

Vegetable water

Ingredients:

1 liter soda

3 cucumbers

1 large Babura pepper

1 lime

3 lemons

Mint

Ice

Brown sugar

Cut 2 of cucumbers and peppers into thin slices or circles and add with a little brown sugar. Last cucumber and a lemon slice separately. Grater the rind of the lime and than squeeze the juice. Then do the same with both lemons.

Place the mint in a jug. Add the grated lime juice, lemon slices, cucumber and pepper. Pour juice and carbonated water. Add ice.

 

Water with strawberries and mint

Ingredients:

½ lemon

½ lime

Menthol

Strawberries

1 liter soda

100ml plain water

Ice

The green and ordinary lemon juice and drain grate little bark in a large jug. Cut strawberries in half and place them in the jug. Add the mint and ice. Pour the soda and plain. Cool and drink as you want.
