Quick, easy and delicious: Fondue of three cheeses

If you want to cook a delicious meal for you and your family or to organize a small party for your friends, and you have no idea what to cook then this recipe is right for you. Be prepared quickly and easily and with little effort you can fascinate your friends or family. Also excellent is for beginners in the kitchen or those who are not very skilled at cooking.

For this food you will need 30 minutes preparation time

Ingredients

200 g Gruyère cheese, 200 grams of cheese for melting

100 g of mozzarella

1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped

100 ml of milk, 200 ml of white wine

1 tablespoon cornflour

freshly ground pepper, grated nutmeg

Serving

White bread, potatoes wrapped in,

sauerkraut, greek salad.

Preparation

Cheese cut into cubes. Take 4 tablespoons of wine, and the remaining heat the milk and garlic in the pot for fondue, and add the cheese, stirring constantly. Starch, mix with the stored white wine. When the cheese melts, but does not become liquid, add the cornflour mixture and continue to mix vigorously. Let the mixture cook over low heat until smooth. Let it boil and cook briefly. Add a bit pepper and nutmeg for better taste. Leave fondue to simmer on a heated plate.

Advice

Fondue can do special if at the end add finely chopped truffles. Excellent taste of truffles can be achieved and by adding truffle oil, which is far cheaper (available in specialized stores).
