This smoothie is actually quite simple. The flavor is dominated by hazelnuts, vanilla and chocolate and more reminiscent of the desert than on something nutritious and healthy, but you know yourself, the appearance sometimes is deceiving. And this smoothie is very nutritious and very healthy!
As I was announced as the “queen of smoothies” I thought it was about time that I write something about it 🙂
When it comes to breakfast, usually make themselves rich smoothie because it’s kind of the fastest and easiest way to mount suffered nutrients in one meal, you will not be too hard in the stomach and to be screeners at least several hours.

The magic apple cider vinegar

For a large portion
Half to 2/3 cup oatmeal
Half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1/3 to ½ cup water
1 cup water
Half a cup of hazelnut
A pinch of salt (Himalayan)
Pinch of vanilla powder
1 teaspoon of Maca powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons of raw cocoa
Soak oatmeal with water and vinegar overnight. No, the vinegar will not feel 😉
Place in blender all ingredients except cocoa and blend it until completely smooth and creamy. If you do not have a strong blender, first grind nuts.
Now you can pour off half and in the second half to add cocoa, or you can just go to a chocolate version but only cocoa put immediately.
